Privacy Policy
The data-handling rules below are approved by the business owner. Last updated 26 September 2026.
Who this policy is from
This site is operated by Humble Services, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, doing business as Humble Services Business Consulting. Postal address: 30 N Gould St., Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Services are available to owners across the United States. This policy covers this website and the Business Independence Scorecard. It does not cover any other company.
What this site collects, and why
- What you send by phone, email or the contact form. What you tell Humble Services is used only to reply, to prepare for the conversation you asked for, to email you a copy of your Scorecard results if you ask and, if you tick the box, to send you owner letters (the newsletter).
- Calls to the main line. Calls to 1.307.296.0595 are answered by an automated assistant, which says at the start of every call that it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. The call is recorded only so it can be turned into a written transcript on Humble Services’ own office computer; the audio is deleted when the call ends. From each call, a record is kept so Clark can call you back: the number you called from, your name if you give it, why you called, and a full written transcript, with card and bank numbers automatically removed where they are recognised. Please do not read out card or bank numbers on the call. The speech recognition and the assistant run on that office computer, and the call is not sent to an outside AI company to be answered or transcribed.
- Your consent tick. A request for a conversation is not accepted unless you tick the box asking Humble Services to contact you, so that a record exists of your having asked. If you only ask for a copy of your Scorecard results by email, no tick is needed, and your contact details, answers and result are sent so the copy can be emailed to you.
- Your Scorecard answers. The Scorecard is a self-check. Your answers and your result are saved in your own browser on the device you are using, so you can leave and come back. Nothing leaves your browser unless you choose to send it: if you ask to be contacted about your results, or ask for a copy of them by email, your contact details, your answers and your result are sent to Humble Services with that request. Answers you do not send never leave your browser. When you fill in the contact form or the Scorecard’s contact step, your name, email, phone, business name and a few business details are also remembered in your browser so they can be filled in next time; remembering them sends nothing anywhere. The Scorecard’s “Clear what this browser remembers” link, or clearing this site’s data in your browser, removes them. They cannot be read from any other device.
- How a form reaches Humble Services. When you send the contact form, or send your Scorecard results (to be contacted, or to get a copy by email), what you send goes first to a holding service run by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. Humble Services’ office computer collects it from there, usually within minutes. Cloudflare deletes it as soon as it is collected, and in any case after 7 days. The office computer keeps a private copy of each form it collects for 30 days as a safeguard, then deletes it.
- Ordinary hosting records. The company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs, which normally include the internet address your request came from, the page requested and the time. These are the host’s routine operating records, not a visitor profile kept by Humble Services.
- Typefaces served by a third party. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them and Google receives your internet address in doing so.
- Visit counts. This site uses Cloudflare’s web analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so the site can be improved. Cloudflare receives your internet address and browser details to do this; the site sets no cookies.
Who else sees an inquiry
Your details are never sold. Service providers handle some of them on Humble Services’ behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and holds a form until it is collected, the phone company that carries a call, and the email service that carries messages to and from office@humblebusinessconsulting.com. Each provider’s own terms govern its handling. Within Humble Services, they are seen only by Clark and the person who runs the office computer for him.
What you share is used to advise you and, if you tick the box, to send you owner letters. Information may still be disclosed where the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a government body or a court, and to Humble Services’ own professional advisers where that is necessary to run the business.
How long it is kept
Details about you, including what you sent through a form or said on a call, are kept for two years after consulting services end, or two years after your last contact if no work was done, in case more work is requested. After that, they are deleted.
Call transcripts are deleted sooner: 180 days after the work ends or, if there has been no contact for 12 months, 180 days after that 12-month mark (about 18 months after the last contact), whichever comes first.
Scorecard answers you did not send are not on this list, because they never left your own browser. You can delete them yourself at any time by clearing site data for this site in your browser settings.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw the permission you gave for contact. Use the contact page to make the request, and say which of those four things you want. A request is acted on within a reasonable time, and anything not needed to meet a legal obligation is deleted. Asking costs nothing.
Where you have agreed to receive owner letters by email, every one of them carries a way to stop receiving them, and stopping does not affect any other part of the work.
Some states give their residents extra privacy rights. Nothing in this policy takes away a right the law of your state gives you.
Conversations and recording
Calls to the main line are recorded and transcribed, as described above, and the assistant says so at the start of every call, before anything else is said. By staying on the line after that notice, you agree to the recording. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and use the contact page or email instead. If you hang up at any point, including during the notice, the number you called from and anything said are kept under the same rules, unless you ask Humble Services to delete them.
Any other conversation, such as a call or meeting with Clark, is not recorded or transcribed without saying so first and asking every participant to agree, on the call itself. Recording law differs from state to state and consent from one participant alone is not assumed to be enough anywhere.
Please do not send financial statements, tax returns, payroll records or other sensitive documents through the web form or by ordinary email. If documents are needed, a way to share them safely will be arranged first.
Security, children, and changes
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information, but no website or email can be promised to be perfectly secure, and nothing here should be read as a warranty that it is. This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 13; information about a child is not knowingly collected. If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact page or to the postal address above.
