Business Brokerage

The Humble Business Brokerage home page: a search bar over a nationwide list of businesses for sale

Browse businesses for sale

Buying or selling a business is the biggest transaction most owners ever make. Humble Business Brokerage is where that happens inside the Humble Services family.

The brokerage runs its own site, humblebusinessbrokerage.com, with businesses for sale across the United States gathered from brokers and marketplaces into one searchable place. Filter by state, industry, price and cash flow, and see the price-to-cash-flow multiple on every listing. Each listing links to the broker who published it.

Buying a business

Most buyers search alone and negotiate against a broker who works for the seller. Humble represents you. We help you shortlist, request financials under NDA, structure the offer, line up SBA or seller financing, and run diligence with your CPA and attorney. There is no fee to search or inquire; buyer representation is paid at closing from the transaction.

How buying works ↗

Selling a business

A confidential listing, qualified buyers only, and one point of contact through closing. If the business needs clean books, documented processes or less owner dependence before it goes to market, that preparation is what Humble Services Business Consulting does: the Vantage Point Review finds it and Exit Planning fixes it, so the business sells for what it is worth.

How selling works ↗

How it fits with consulting

Before the sale

Consulting improves the business and prepares it for exit. Owners who are two or three years out start here.

The sale

The brokerage values, lists and sells it, or finds and negotiates the one you buy.

After the sale

New owners can keep Humble on for the first year: the same assessment, the same advisory, now for the business they just bought.
